Despairing to Hope

Sometimes our songs are born not out of joy and good tidings, but suffering and sadness. The birth of Jesus does not promise to remove these things from the world or our lives immediately, but does point us towards true and lasting hope that the Christmas season brings. We’ll look at the hymn, I Heard the Bells on Christmas Day, and learn how Jesus is our hope and peace in all circumstances.
