Today we will look at the most abundant category of psalms we have—lament. Lament is a deep, passionate expression of grief or sorrow. In our society, and among most Christians, lament is avoided as much as possible. Yet, it is ever present in our lives and a powerful tool God gives us to deal with life’s trials and hurts.
