Traditional Transformation

As human beings, our tendency is to focus on our outer appearance. But, throughout Matthew’s gospel, Jesus has focused on the necessity of a changed heart if we’re to be citizens of His kingdom. As we continue our study, Jesus confronts the futility of external actions without internal transformation and gives us a picture of the attitude we are to offer and embrace as kingdom people ourselves.
