Prayer Line for March 10, 2025
"So the church throughout all Judea and Galilee and Samaria had peace and was being built up. And walking in the fear of the Lord and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit, it multiplied." - Acts 9:31
Please pray for the family of Stan Huebert who passed away Saturday, March 8th. His memorial service will be Thursday, March 20th, at 10:30am, in the Palm Village Chapel.
Please be in pray for Pat Enns who has been placed on hospice care. Pray for comfort and peace for her daughters; Sandy Long, Judy Szpor, and Sharol DeGroot as well.
Pray for Mark Murphy and family. Mark's dad, Max Murphy, passed away during the night. Max lived in Greenwood, Indiana. Please pray for Mark and Susan as they travel there tomorrow.
Please pray for the family of Bob Lewis. Bob passed away on Sunday, March 2nd. His Memorial Service will be Monday, March 31st, at 2pm, in the Sanctuary.
Please continue to pray for Josh Brown (Kelly Gilmore's son in law.) It seems brain surgery is inevitable but the Neurosurgeon felt comfortable discharging Josh to go home last night. Pray for the doctors at Fresno Community, MD Anderson TX, and Josh, Trista, and their girls as they make decisions. They are very grateful for your prayers.
Thank you for praying for Bill and Carol Braun as Bill is being treated for melanoma in his brain. Bill is now at Palm Village Health Care, Room #803.
Our Missionaries of the week are Gediminas and Kristina Dailyde, serving with Mulitply as church planters in Vilnius, Lithuania. People in Vilnius are addicted to alcohol and drugs and many are sick with depression. About 75% of the Lithuanians call themselves Catholics, but they are not seeking a deeper understanding to know God. Six years ago, the Dailydes started a Bible study group and it grew into a church, the 180 degree Church. It is a place where Lithuanians can change their ways by turning away from their empty traditions and embracing the light of Jesus Christ. Their vision is simply to make disciples who will make more disciples. People now have hope and peace like never before. Their latest Alpha course has gone well with seven new people completing the course. Many have now joined the Beginner’s Bible study. Pray for them to grow in the Word. Gediminas and Kristina will talk to them about baptism this spring. They thank you for your prayers and support.
