Praying for our People
Also pray for the family of Loree Jost who passed away Friday, February 17th. Her memorial service is being planned for the end of March.
Be in prayer for Carol Ediger as she is in the hospital. Prayer for quick healing and comfort.
Missionary of the Week - Mark and Clementa Frederiksen, serving in Central Asia with Team Expansion Ministry. The Frederiksens have been teaching childbirth seminars and directing animal health education projects. On February 5, their new child birth seminar has started. They have five couples signed up and have prayed for one or two more couples. This will be their last class for more than a year. The LifeWraps, the life-saving anti-shock garments used in cases of postpartum hemorrhage, have finally arrived after a long hold up in customs. They were released with a processing fee of $150. Clementa’s proposal for one more Doula training was accepted. Doula is a woman employed to provide guidance and support to the mother of a newborn baby. They have full funding and a facility to conduct the training. Bonni Katz, RN and ICEA Doula and educator, from Wyoming will be teaching the workshop March 1 to 4. Mark and Clementa thank you for your prayers and support. They give God the praise for making their ministry relevant to the people they serve.
