Prayer Line for August 22, 2024
"So the church throughout all Judea and Galilee and Samaria had peace and was being built up. And walking in the fear of the Lord and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit, it multiplied." - Acts 9:31

Prayer for Daniel Hofer as he will be undergoing treatments for a tumor in his eye socket.

Pray for Kelly Gilmore's son-in-law Josh as he is undergoing cancer treatments. He will be traveling to Huston soon for scans and to review treatment plans. Please pray for complete healing and the Lord's peace to rest upon Josh and his family.

Pray for the family of Liz Oliver. Liz passed away on August 8th. A memorial service will be held at Palm Village on September 7th at 10am.

Please be in prayer for Ron and Betty Reimer. Ron suffered a stroke and is in a rehabilitation facility in Spokane Washington. Pray for  complete recovery and for God's peace to be with them. Praise, It looks like they will be able to make it back to California soon.

Pray for Lorie George who had back surgery yesterday (Wednesday). It sounds like everything went well. Please continue to pray for her recovery.

Pray for Julia Choy who has been dealing with lots of pain and recently diagnosed with severe back problems. Julia will see a spine specialist on August 22nd.

Our Missionary of the Week are Karen and Ricky Sanchez working with YWAM in Chonburi, Thailand. Karen is the director and founder of Abundant Life Home, an orphanage for HIV positive children and oversees the church planting efforts in Chonburi and Cambodia. Ricky leads the Global Sports basketball ministry. He recruits players to form teams to play basketball and he shares the Gospel with them. These athletes come and help communities and schools with their existing ministries. Ricky and Karen with to thank you for your support and prayers.
