Praying for our People
Please pray for the family of Marciel Regier. Marciel passed away Sunday, February 11th. Plans for her Memorial Service are pending.
Continue to pray for Joshua Brown and his family. Josh is Kelly Gilmore's son-in-law and was recently diagnosed with stage IV Esophageal Cancer. Josh and Trista met with a team of doctors in Houston who have recommended a new treatment plan. Please pray that he will be able to receive the treatment locally and that the tumor's will shrink.
Please continue to uphold Dylan Trott and his family in prayer as Dylan's condition continues to keep him hospitalized.
Our Missionaries of the Week are Tomas and Melody Vidal, serving with Multiply at the Matthew Training Center in Guadalajara, Mexico.
Their ministry is to invest their lives in young adults who will go and hopefully make disciples of all nations. Beginning in January, the students in
their six-month discipleship program have begun studying and discussing about community life issues and conflicts. The class is planning to lead a youth group in a nearby town to support the missionary work there. Pray for the class to avoid distractions, to keep their eyes on Jesus by listening and obeying Him, and to serve Him out of gratitude for all He has done. Tomas and Melody are grateful for your prayers and support.
Missions Bake Sale is February 25th - Following the morning worship service. If you would like to contribute baked goods for the Bake Sale please contact Jackie Balakian 284-0206 or Paula Friesen 852-1139.
