Praying for our People
Please be in prayer for the family of Tanya Jones, our Director of Children's Ministries. Tanya's father, Jimmy Barton, of Visalia passed away Saturday, December 30th. Services are pending.
Also, be in prayer for the family of John Schlesselman, son of Jack and Marilee, husband to Evelyn, and father to Morgan and Tyler. John passed away Tuesday, December 26th. His Celebration of Life will be in the RMBC sanctuary tomorrow, Thursday, January 4th at 2pm.
NOTE: Prayer meeting at noon will be canceled this Thursday, January 4th.
Please continue to uphold Dylan Trott and his family in prayer as Dylan's condition continues to keep him hospitalized.
Our missionary of the week is Carmen Owen, serving with Multiply, as the Naomi House business and Ministry Liaison. Naomi House is a community church and a small business center serving refugee women in the unreached district of Chiang Mai, Thailand. Carmen works with Sirwan and Wichian, husband and wife. Carmen visited Sirwan and Wichian, and the families at the Naomi House for several weeks in October. She praises God for the 450 people who came to the first Christmas outreach at the Naomi House. Six people responded to the Gospel message. Pray for the ministry team as they follow up with these new believers. Also pray for a school principal whose heart is beginning to soften to the
Gospel. Carmen thanks RMBC for your love and partnership. So many people are hearing the Good News because of your prayers.
