Prayer Line for February 1, 2023
But let us who live in the light be clearheaded, protected by the armor of faith and love, and wearing as our helmet the confidence of our salvation.
~ 1 Thessalonians 5:8

Join us each week, Monday - Thursday, at noon for prayer in the Sanctuary.

Praying for our People
Ray and Bonnie O'Neil would appreciate your prayers as Ray goes to Stanford For Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) surgery. Pre-opt is Feb 1st and surgery is Feb 3. DBS has been effective in people who have Parkinson's. Pray that God will prepare the hands of the surgical teams to address issues of balance, walking, and other motor and cognitive needs. Pray also for Bonnie as she has the ongoing challenge of caregiver.

Missionary of the Week - Ron and Bonnie Thiesen, serving with Youth With a Mission (YWAM) in Hungary. Ron and Bonny are serving as teachers at the International Christian School of Budapest (ICSB). Ron teaches science and Bible and Bonny teaches a world views class to seniors. ICSB is an outreach to Hungarian and international student who are not necessarily believers. A significant segment of their students have expressed a resistance to the gospel. The Thiesens have asked for prayer that the seeds that have been planted over the years to these students will one day bear fruit and the Lord will continue drawing these young people to Him. The school had 17 new high school students, a 20% increase, this past fall semester. These new students were mostly from displaced missionary families from Ukraine and some from Russia. Pray that God will provide sufficient resources to help these new students. They thank RMBC for their prayers and support.
