Psalm 16:11 JOIN US NEW YEARS DAY AT 9AM FOR SUNDAY MORNING WORSHIP. (No Sunday School) Praying for our People Please pray for the family and friends of Dwight Goodner. Dwight passed away on Christmas Day. His Memorial Service is being planned. Please pray for the family of Louise Friesen. She passed away on December 18th. Her Memorial Service will be February 25th, at 10am, in the Fellowship Hall. Celebration of life for Joanne Olfert will be Tuesday, January 10, at 2pm in the Sanctuary. Please pray for Lisa Ebiner's brother, Matthew Sparkman, who was recently diagnosed with Leukemia. Pray that he will respond positively to his chemotherapy and for Gods healing touch. Please pray for the family of Ellen Mitchell who passed away last week. Her service will be Saturday, January 14th at 10am at Redeemers Church. Missionary of the Week - Dave and Janice Hansen from Students International, a missionary organization in Visalia. The Bible calls us to help the poor, share the Gospel, and prepare the next generation of Christian leaders for lives of godly service. Their method of missions does just that as they bring hope and help people find their purpose in Christ in impoverished communities in Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, and Nicaragua. The organization accomplishes this objective by employing a full-time staff leading ministry and recruiting high school and college students to work with the Student International staff by serving in short-term or long-term mission programs.
