Prayer Line for August 25, 2022
And it is my prayer that your love may abound more and more, with knowledge and all discernment, so that you may approve what is excellent, and so be pure and blameless for the day of Christ., filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God. ~ Philippians 1:9-11
Praying for our People
Our condolence is extended to Nora Lewis and family on the death of her father Ruben C. Guerra. He passed away August 18th. His services will be August 29 & 30 in Texas. Pray for safety as they travel to his funeral.
Our condolence is also extended to Pam Ascanio and family on the death of her mother Lois Rondoni. She passed away August 21st. Her service will be planned at later date.
Please continue to prayer for Marlan Huebert. Pray for Marlan as he recovers & also for Marla. Pray for pain management and protection against any infection.
Please pray for the M.O.M.S Ministry as they begin their Fall session today on the RMBC campus. We are praising God for all the moms and happy little faces here today. Please pray for this precious ministry.
Praise God for a healthy baby girl, granddaughter of John and Lorie George. Emily and baby Amilia are doing well.
Missionary of the Week: Carmen Owen. Carmen serves part-time with Multiply in Partnership Development and as Business and Ministry Liaison with Naomi House and Shalom Fram in Chiang Mai Thailand. Praise the Lord for a great temporary provision of a larger space for Naomi House's weekly worship gathering! Please continue to pray for just the right provision for a larger space for production and community development as well as for worship and discipleship. Pray for a Naomi House seamstress and leader of prayer ministry. Several years ago she and her family escaped from persecution in their homeland, eventually finding refuge in Thailand. This week, she is on a very risky “undercover” mission back to her home village to share the Gospel with her dying mother. Her mother’s failed attempts to find healing through the local witchdoctor and spirit offerings gives her an open door to share the hope she has in Jesus. Pray for hearts ready to hear and receive the message of salvation in Jesus!
