Prayer Line for November 3, 2025

"So the church throughout all Judea and Galilee and Samaria had peace and was being built up. And walking in the fear of the Lord and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit, it multiplied." - Acts 9:31

Pray for Julia Choy who is recovering from surgery to remove cancer in her right leg.  Praise God that the surgery went well and that the doctor was able to remove the cancer.

Pray for Shane Pinkard who is scheduled on Wednesday for a procedure to put in a new wire and replace the battery in his pacemaker.

Pray for Roger Kusch who is recovering from neck fusion surgery, and is now back home.

Pray for Marlan Huebert as he continues to battle cancer.  It was determined that surgery is the best option, and he will most likely undergo surgery in early December.

Praise God that Don Hofer's PET scan showed that his tumor has not grown.  Pray that the Lord will lead him to the right surgeon and that surgery will take place soon.

Pray for Mark Kistler who is recovering from surgery on his elbow, wrist, and thumb on his right arm.  Praise the Lord that his bandages and splint are now off.

Pray for the family of Carol Ediger, as Carol went home to be with the Lord last Thursday.  Pray for comfort and the peace of God for the family during this time.

Pray for the family of Irvin Jantzen, as Irvin went home to be with the Lord last Tuesday.  Pray for his wife Kathryn and the family during this difficult time.  The memorial service will be November 22 at 10:00 AM at Palm Village, with a light meal following the service.

Continue to pray for Josh Brown and his family as Josh is undergoing radiation in Texas.  Pray for his recovery, and for strength to endure the radiation, and for Josh's wife and family as they are with him.

Our Missionary of the week is the Reedley MB Thailand Team. Vince and Jackie Balakian, Maggie Wheeland, and Allie Kroeker will be leaving for Thailand on November 7th. They will be spending time with the kids at Abundant Life Home before they go to the Canaan Life Center along with a few kids from ALH to serve the Church there. The last team that went taught music to the local children and have built trust with the village leaders and families. The music lessons have now led to moms asking if a team could come and teach western food cooking, so the team will be baking and making spaghetti and meatballs with them. The families will be invited for dinner, with a time of building relationships and sharing the gospel. Please pray for the team, and for Aom and Eak as they lead the Church in Tha Takiap.
