Prayer Line for July 2, 2025
Prayer Line for July 2, 2025
"So the church throughout all Judea and Galilee and Samaria had peace and was being built up. And walking in the fear of the Lord and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit, it multiplied." - Acts 9:31
Pray for Jenna Goertzen who will be having knee surgery tomorrow, July 3, following a sports injury. Pray for a successful surgery and healing according to God's time plan for her.
Continued prayers for Ken and Patty Thiesen are appreciated. Ken's "markers" following the bone marrow transplant are encouraging. Pray that his appetite would return so that he can gain strength.
Please pray for DJ Daniel Shaw, Holly Kistler's son, who has nodules on his kidneys. Please pray they are not cancerous.
Continue to pray for Bob Hilts grandson, Luke, who was deployed to the Middle East as the big bombs we’re being dropped in Iran. He went straight to a bunker. All is well at this point and Bob thanks you for your prayers.
Praise the Lord that Carol Turner was released from the hospital and is now home. Carol and Dwight appreciate continued prayers for her recovery which will take some time.
Pray for Todd Sorensen's mother, Audrey Riply, a resident of Palm Village and a patient at Clovis Community Hospital. Audrey has several medical issues she is dealing with.
Our international workers of the week are K and M, serving and working in a restricted area in Asia. M grew up at Reedley MB. Currently K and M are on a home assignment. They will be in California June 2 to July 12. We have been blessed to have had K and M participate in our VBS. They told the children many important facts of the area where they are serving. K and M’s two boys E and J, were also participants in the VBS program. They are asking for prayer for beginning a partnership with a national couple who is from their area of focus. K and M will be raising funds for them to be supported for their first two years with them. Please pray about joining with them financially to further His work in South Asia. Their Team Leader for thirteen plus years has recently resigned and has gone back to the United States. K and M have been co-appointed as the next Team Leaders. Please pray for this transition for everyone and for wisdom and humility as they step into this servant leadership position together. K and M thank you for your prayers and support which are a great encouragement to them.
