Congratulations to Tanner and Natalie Marks on the birth of their son, Theodore Russell, born February 20th.
Please pray for Bill and Carol Braun as Bill is in the Kaiser hospital being treated for melanoma in his brain. Pray for God’s wisdom, peace, courage, and strength for Bill and his entire family.
Please pray for the family of Leanne Martens. Leanne passed away February 10th. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 26, at 9:30am at the Reedley Cemetery Memorial Service Building. A memorial service will be held at RMBC at 10:30am following the graveside service.
Katarina (Katy) Isaak Luther, 31 years old, passed away February 5. Granddaughter of Carol Isaak and niece of Sharon Wall. Parents are Bud and Darlene Isaak. Please keep their family in your prayers. A memorial service is planned for Thursday, February 27th at 10am at RMBC.
Please keep Kim Peters in your prayers. Her mother, Maudette Blase, passed away February 9th. Her memorial service time has been changed to 1pm on February 28, at 1pm, at Palm Village.
Be in prayer for Harriet Friesen as her sister Joyce Brandt passed away February 11th. Joyce was sister in-law to Roger and Royetta Brandt as well. Her memorial service is March 15th, at 10am, at the Kingsburg MB Church.
Our Missionaries of the week are Ron and Bonny Thiesen, serving with YWAM in Budapest, Hungary. They have been teaching eleven years at the International Christian School of Budapest (ICSB.) Bonny teaches classes in communication and Global Awareness for the senior class and Ron teaches science classes. Both are teaching Bible classes and they will be the lead senior class advisors. The senior class has some students who are not believers. Pray that the hearts of these students will accept Christ as their Savior and they will draw close to His Word. The student body continues to have Ukrainian families as part of the school community. These students have enriched ICSB and they have a secure place to learn. Ron and Bonny are grateful for RMBC’s prayers and support. purpose of this event is to raise money for short-term mission trips and to encourage individuals and families to go on a short-term mission trip. The money raised will be in a separate budget, from our church budget. The Mission Team encourages you to “go to third base” and join a mission trip this year.
