Pray for Betty Reimer, Ronnie and Becky Reimer and the rest of the Reimer family as Ron Reimer passed away on January 6. Pray for the Lord's peace and comfort to rest upon Betty and the family. A service has been planned for Monday January 27, at 2pm, at RMBC.
Be in prayer for Alex Cotner and his family as his mother Dee Cotner passed away on January 9th. A service has been planned for Monday February 10, at 10am, at RMBC.
Pray for Lorraine Zulim as she is in the hospital with a bacterial infection. Pray for her husband Greg, her sons Matt, Russel, and Darren as they care for her.
Our Missionaries of the Week are the Thailand Team. "Thank you for praying for our team as we went to Thailand. We were excited to see God's hand at work in a country where 93% of the population ate Buddhist and only 1% are Christian. The Abundant Life Home (ALH) is an orphanage in Chon Buri (one hour southeast of Bangkok) run by Ricky and Karen Sanchez, that cares for about 30 children, many of whom are HIV positive. Pray for the leaders of ALH that God would provide for their needs financially, maintain their good relationship with the Thai government, and give them wisdom, especially as they seek to purchase an additional building to be used for ALH and as a Discipleship Training School (DTS) location. Pray for the children at ALH, for their physical and spiritual health, that they would all come to know Christ as their Savior, and that they would be effective in going into the community sharing their faith with others. Please also pray for Aom and Eak, a Christian couple living and ministering to a remote jungle community of Tha Takiap, an hour east of Chon Buri. God has recently answered prayer by providing a building for Aom and Eak to use as a church and as a location to offer music lessons to the local children.
