Praying for our People

Pray for Nancy Knaak. Nancy has battled ALS for months and now has little time to live. Please join me in praying that God would take her peacefully. God is always good. ~Don Knaak

Please pray for Lauren (Peters) Smith who will be having surgery to repair a knee injury. Pray there are no complications or infections and for complete healing.

Please pray for Bill Martin who is dealing with infection and not feeling well. Pray for Joella as she cares for him.

Pray for Ken Nikkel who is recovering from surgery on his hip. Pray for comfort and peace for both Ken & Bev.

Praise from Margaret Duerksen-"Praise and thankfulness to the Lord for helping me heal and recover from hip replacement surgery."

Pray for the the family of Charles Davison who passed away October 19th. His memorial service will be Tuesday, November 15th at 3pm.

Missionary of the Week - Carmen Owen, Naomi House Business & Ministry Liaison. Carmen is currently in Kansas but would like to share the following prayer requests:
1. Praise the Lord for the ongoing zeal for the Lord that the Naomi House women carry. They continue to pray about how to effectively bring the Gospel to the least reached.
2. Praise God for an abundance of work orders to keep the women employed this Fall. Pray for health and strength as they work hard to complete deadlines. They are still committed to pray over each item they sew.
3. Pray for wisdom and effective resources as I look to help stabilize the social enterprise portion of Naomi House so that more at-risk women and families can find sustainable income and discipleship community through this effort.
4. Pray for preparations towards an evangelistic outreach in December into a completely unreached village of one of the women. There are no Believers in the village, and many dark practices. May God already begin to open spiritual eyes and ears to receive the Truth that sets their souls free.
5. Pray for our family here in Kansas as we are engaged in a church plant in South Wichita, launched out of Ridgepoint church - may God grow His church here, around the nation, and across the globe! Many thanks for your ongoing support and prayers!

Samaritan's Purse/Operation Christmas Child - Please return your filled shoebox on or before Sunday!
